The breakout success of Singapore’s Adam Khoo achieving millionaire status at a tender age of 26 has more than tugged at the heartstrings of many. At 26, most of us would probably be experiencing the quarter-life crisis of wondering where the open road in life would lead us to after graduation, probably not having the drive, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit that Adam Khoo possessed.

Here at Anue, we value the aforementioned values, alongside with diligence and respect for our clients, as these are the values we believe, which in turn is reflected in our work. Thus, we sought out 3 individuals under 25 who have aimed to make their mark in their respective industry, and have surfaced with admirable success. Anue speaks to these three bright, young stars.

It’s a rare occurrence for Janie Cai and Jeri Chua to take time off their extremely packed schedules for an interview. But when they do, it’s because they are sisters, and that dynamic of siblings working in the same fashion/publishing industry only serves to strengthen the importance of their interview/photo shoot here at Anue Studios. Janie looked the part of the Esquire Singapore chief decked out in a suave, blue checked suit, while Jeri’s floral ensemble reflects her sophisticated taste as the Group Fashion Director of Indochina Media. They may be doyennes in Singapore’s fashion/publishing industry, but any sense of intimidation thought to be felt in their presence nary exists. There’s a sense of light-heartedness and fun regardless of whoever works with them, and I certainly felt that as I chatted with the sisters about their careers, creative collaboration and their carefree parents.

"Discover Art, Get Discovered"

As an absolute lover of all things beautiful and interesting, I cannot believe that it has taken me this long to discover an incredible, well curated site filled to the brim with global emerging contemporary artists. Literally, at the click of a button, I have access to original art pieces from talent all across the world, all in high-resolution formats for my viewing pleasure. As a photographer, dare I say, artist myself, I am utterly indulged by the range of affordable pieces I have come across (and clearly by artist I mean "struggling")

1. Lucas Papaw Ointment
Guaranteed, if you know an Aussie, been to Aussie or just generally know about Aussies, you've heard of this little miracle product in a tube. I *literally* carry this with me everywhere and I even have a few extras stashed around the house for emergency.  I even recently used it on a shoot with Sukki Singapura for Esquire as she was suffering with some badly itching mozzie bites (a little dab on each bite and itch-be-gone!)
